Isonat® is a natural insulation product made of hemp fibre. It will not irritate the skin or respiratory tract and so protective equipment is unnecessary. The hemp is grown in the UK, without the use of pesticides or herbicides, and then transported to France for manufacture. Isonat contains a quantity of cotton fibres, which are recycled and sourced close to the factory. Isonat® is authorised for use throughout the EU by the Centre Scientifique et Technique Du Batiment(CSTB) in France. Isonat® is treated with a fire retardant to provide a Euroclass E fire rating and conforms to the requirements of the Building Regulations. Thermal Conductivity 0.039 W/mK. Density 35 kg/m3. Isonat® comes in slabs 1200mm long, 50/75/100mm thick and either 400mm/600mm wide.
