This privacy policy sets out how Sound Solution Consultants Limited uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.

1. What Information we collect about you and how it is used

The personal data we collect from you includes:

1.1 General enquiries to quote stage when contacting us to enquire about a product or service, or to request a quote we will ask for your name or the clients name if you are contacting us on their behalf. The address where the works will take place, the clients telephone number and clients email address.

1.2 Orders placed and paid by BACS or cheque we will request the clients name, telephone number, email address and invoice address as well as the site address where the works are taking place or have taken place.

1.3 Where orders are paid over the telephone when paying over the telephone for a product or service we will request the clients name, telephone number, email address, site address where the works have taken place and the card details you are making payment from. Payments are processed through our supplier called Sage Pay and you can see their Privacy Policy details here. Your card details are stored but not displayed and will not be passed onto any third parties.

This information is never shared outside of Sound Solution Consultants Limited and for payments over the telephone no other companies except for Sage Pay. In some circumstances, the data may be stored in our internal support systems for further action.

The data is stored indefinitely for reference, but you may request its deletion by contacting us.
